25 Governors Oppose Pause
Sununu, GOP Governors Call on Biden to End USLNG Pause (NH Journal)
Taylor Millard (April 26): New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu and 24 other governors, have written a letter to President Biden, urging him to lift the USLNG exports pause. The governors argue that the pause undermines not only the economic and national security of the United States but also the security of U.S. allies. They also believe that the pause creates instability and threatens future energy security throughout the world at a time when U.S. allies need them the most… The pause was announced only three months after the Oct. 7 terror attack against Israel. At the time, Biden said that America would rally world leaders to move away from fossil fuels to address climate change. Link to Content > Link to Letter
